How do I change or cancel a reservation?
Changing or canceling your reservation depends on the reservation you have made. If you have booked via our own website and with a flexible rate, you can cancel your stay free of charge up to 16:00 on the arrival date. However, this does not apply to non-refundable rates and bookings not made directly with the hotel. For the latter bookings, please contact the company where you made your reservation.


Which payment methods are accepted?

If you have booked a non-refundable rate, payment is required immediately, in which case the hotel will require payment to be made by credit card. In exceptional cases, bank transfers can also be accepted. We also accept bank cards. We accept cash, exact amounts only.


At what time can I check in?

Check-in is possible from 14:00.

During your stay

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our hotel. If you have a guide dog for the blind, please contact us in advance.



Until what time can I check out?

Check-out is until 12:00 noon.


What are the conditions of a flexible rate?

With a flexible rate, you may cancel the booking until 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.
